Grab 15 mins of sunshine to get nature’s vitamin D

Breathe

Take a few minutes each day to stop, sit, relax and do some tummy breathing. Put your hand on your tummy and feel it expand. A great one to try that I was taught by Don Tolman is called ‘7 rounds of 7’. Breathe in deeply for 7 seconds, hold breathe for 7 seconds, breathe out for 7 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and repeat this process 7 times.

Wholefoods

Add in fresh live wholefoods into your body, such as fruits, veggies, berries, nuts, seeds and grains. Foods that your body recognises <3

Clean Water

Drink 2 – 3 litres of good quality water everyday

Movement

Find a fun physical activity that you love to do, and do it every day! Some ideas are – dancing, walking, swimming, crossfit, playing a sport like netball, basketball, touch footy etc, gym, and riding a bike.

Healthy Relationships

Be around like–minded souls that light you up, feed your soul and encourage you to be the best version of YOU!

Earthing

Take your shoes off, and put your bare feet in the sand, grass, or dirt to re balance connect to earth.

Gratitude

Be thankful for all the little things, so you can attract the big things too! Even have a journal near so you can write these things down… you might surprise yourself how many things there are to be grateful for.

Sleep

Aim for 8 hours each night of rested sleep each night, to help regenerate your mind and body.
