Delivery / Pickup Policy

Your order can either be picked up, or delivered on your nominated delivery day that you have selected when placing your order. Pick Up / Delivery is on a Monday afternoon 4pm-6pm or Thursday 4pm-6pm. (pick up address is Jacobs well, and exact location will be given on confirmation of order)

You or someone else, must be available to receive your order at the nominated time. Our cold pressed juices have been made with love, and have a limited shelf life so they must be refrigerated when received. We take a lot of care with the juices in preparation and delivering them and accept no responsibility or any loss or spoilage once they’ve been delivered. It’s important that when you receive your delivery, that you check all contents that there are no breakages, and then refrigerate the juices immediately.

(If no one is home, the delivery driver will leave in a safe place, however it is your responsibility to ensure it is refrigerated as soon as possible. Our juice bundles and cleanses are perishable – we cannot accept responsibility for them once they’re delivered to your nominated address.)

If there are any problems with your order upon delivery, you must notify us immediately to that we can fix the problem for you.

Your order will be delivered to the exact address that you nominate when you place your order.

Your cleanse is delivered the night before you start your cleanse, so you’ll either be starting on a Tuesday morning, or Friday morning. Choose a time that suits your schedule best.

It is important to double check your details when placing your order, including your mobile phone number, and any special notes when placing your order that could be helpful to the delivery driver. Your order will be arriving between 4pm-6pm on your delivery day, and if we are running behind, you will receive a call or text message. If you are picking up, please let us know what time approximately you’ll be picking up your cleanse.

Once your order is with our delivery driver, we cannot make changes to your delivery address. If any changes are needed, at least 12 hours notice is needed.
